Getting Started¶

Welcome to PBSS IssueDesk

Sign In:¶

Username: Use the credentials as self-registration or provided by PBSS Issue desk.

Password: Enter the given password at the registration or If you need to reset your password, You can self-reset your password by providing the registered email address. contact issuedesk@perfectbss.com if you have any questions.

Self-Registration:¶

New users can register by clicking the "Register" on the top right-hand corner of the login page.

Manual Activation: After registration, the administrator will activate your account.
You will receive an email once your account is approved.

Managing Your Projects:

Handle Project GoLive issues, Incident management, Cloud Server support, and IT support tickets across PBSS and it's subsidiaries.
Collaborate with internal teams, Customers and external partners efficiently.
